Born and raised outside of Boston, Lynne attended Vassar College for her BA in Theater with a double minor in Music and Linguistics.
Her formal training was predominantly in classical theater, but informal education came from her extracurricular pursuits in improv, which eventually landed her in the improvised Off-Broadway hit, Naked in a Fishbowl, and has contributed to her successes in the burgeoning immersive theater world.
Though she lives and works predominantly in Brooklyn, NY, she is fortunate to have additional housing in the greater Boston area, Atlanta, DC, and Los Angeles, and is always looking for opportunities to perform in these communities.
Lynne has written for Howlround.com, Backstage.com, One For the Table, The Huffington Post, the Pet360 webseries, The Pawffice, is the curator of the popular tumblr, CastAndLoose, and the creator, producer and host of Cast & Loose Live! which has performed at Joe’s Pub, Ars Nova, and EST in New York, and at The Copper Still in LA.
Lynne is a proud member of Actors’ Equity, SAG-AFTRA, and the League of Professional Theatre Women.
When not on stage or in front of a camera, she can be found hiking, biking, SCUBA diving, studying ASL, and volunteering at the 52nd Street Project.
